THE Bert Perkins/RMK-BRJ SCHOLARSHIP – Established by the Morrison- Knudsen Company in the name of Bert Perkins. Raymond International, Morrison-Knudsen, Brown & Root, and J.A. Jones, was the largest pool or consortium of construction firms in American history and provided a major contribution to the military construction effort during the Vietnam conflict. Bert Perkins was chairman of the RMK-BRJ operating committee in Vietnam. Morrison-Knudsen was acquired by URS and then by AECOM in 2014.

Endowed Scholarships allow our investors to build a lasting legacy, impacting Seabee children and grandchildren for generations to come. Endowed Scholarships often honor or memorialize family members, Seabee leaders, NAVFAC units, organizations or corporations. Perpetual Named scholarships can be funded at three levels, $60,000, $120,000 and $150,000 and are named by the donor.
