About Overwatch Mission Critical
Overwatch is a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOB) certified through the National Veterans Business Development Council (NVBDC), offering construction professional services, talent acquisition, and general contractor services for the mission-critical infrastructure industry.

Our mission is the construction and management of state-of-the-art data centers with the precision and reliability this industry demands. From high-end engineers to seasoned professionals, we deploy the people you need to get your data center off the ground. At Overwatch, it's more than a job — it's purpose.

Purpose of the Role
The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate time tracking, PTO submissions, and training compliance for approximately 50 field employees across multiple project sites. This role serves as a vital link between employees, site managers, clients, and leadership, ensuring that payroll accuracy, training progress, and communication standards are consistently upheld.

While we prefer someone based in Austin, Texas who can work in a hybrid capacity, we’re open to exceptional candidates who thrive in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Time Entries & Verification

  • Enter daily time from the previous day once site tracker updates are complete.
  • Work Sundays to prepare Monday morning updates.
  • Process weekend time entries first thing Monday morning.
  • Capture and distribute individual timesheet screenshots to employees.
  • Resolve any time discrepancies directly with both the client and the employee.
  • Approve timecards without discrepancies for processing.

PTO Submissions

  • Submit all employee PTO requests to the appropriate approvers.
  • Ensure requests are documented and tracked accurately.

Communication with Leadership

  • Escalate employee or site-related issues to the Director and/or HR as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication lines between employees, site managers, and leadership.

Training Oversight

  • Track assigned training modules through completion for all employees.
  • Send training notifications, reminders, and expected completion timelines to employees.
  • Provide progress updates to leadership and employees.
  • Add training hours to employee timecards after verified completion.
  • Participate in a weekly 1-hour training with the Director for personal development.
  • Maximize training completions during the working day.

Site Visits & Team Engagement

  • Attend site visits with the Director or VP as required.
  • Participate in team functions, site lunches, and dinners across Rosendin and other client project locations.

Benefits:
Overwatch Construction offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and relocation assistance available.
