To provide leadership in the area of engineering, planning and project management for CCSD's Facilities Management Department and the Executive Director of Capital Projects. Duties include management of CCSD design criteria, facility assets and assigned sustainment, facility space planning, restoration, modernization projects, and management of Construction Management support contractors.

• Ten years or more of experience in facility engineering in design, design management and/or engineering management.
• Five years or more of experience in management of facility code compliance.
• Ten years of experience in project management of multiple projects including cost benefit analysis, development, scheduling and implementation of an asset database of similar systems.
• PE license
