Job Summary
Incredible opportunity for military member exiting service with some construction experience to develop into a custom home project manager at a fast-growing and highly successful homebuilding company. In this position, you’ll have broad responsibilities in the construction of luxury custom homes and will learn what it takes to build a luxury custom home. The position offers terrific potential for professional growth. Our goal for this hire is to build this individual over time into a superintendent or project manager capable of managing the construction of highly customized luxury homes.

Responsibilities
The Project Manager will assist a project manager and project coordinator on several simultaneous custom home construction projects, and will:

Help maintain the project budget and timeline.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors. Solicit bids and award subcontracts. Manage subcontractors working side-by-side with Tourmaline’s in-house field construction staff.
Compensation
$60,000 salary plus generous 401k plan and healthcare.
