Final Salute

Mr. William Rutledge Loden, Sr., 72, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 in Merit Health – Wesley Medical Center, Hattiesburg.
Mr. Loden was born May 2, 1945 in San Antonio, Texas. He was a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy Seabees and worked as civil service purchasing agent for the United States Navy in Gulfport until retirement.

His wife, Sheila Dianne Loden preceded him in death on January 21, 2013.

Family members include three daughters, Roxanne K. Noel, Teresa Peterson, Rebecca Hutto; three sons, William R. Loden, Jr., Richard Dotts, Michael Dotts; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at White Funeral Home, 315 Hwy 11 S, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with military honors. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Saturday at the funeral home.
