(Ja’Tavia) Bukolt, Victoria A. Bukolt, Lori-Ann (Chris) Hughes and Lisa Bukolt; loving step-dad of Chelsea Matyjaszek and Jeffrey (Morgan) Matyjaszek; best Papa of 13 grandchildren; brother of Patricia (late John) McCarthy; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Mr. Bukolt was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
