Final Salute

Timothy Glenn Wells, age 49, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Tim was born on September 15, 1976 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. 
Tim was known for his fun-loving spirit, and his deep love for the things he cared about, like his family, friends, pets (he cared for many cats), and his country. Tim proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee Hull Technician on various stents in different parts of the world. With his siblings, he participated in track and cross country in school at Jefferson City High School. Tim loved making everyone laugh and discovering and sharing new music and musicians from all over the globe. His creative and imaginative spirit will be missed. 
Tim is survived by his Mother, Karen; brothers, Wayne (Jennifer Nee Bullock Wells), Darren, Matt, and Sam (Michelle Teti Wells); daughters, Samantha and Nataleigh; grandson, Noland; uncle, Glenn Kilburn; nephews, Zachery Wells, James Wells, Alex Teti; niece, Bella Wells; and his beloved cat, Molly. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Darrell; grandparents, Glenn and Verniece Kilburn, Samuel Ira Wells and Christine Wells Hensley; aunts, Janis Kilburn Swift, Regina Wells Crawford; cousins, John Swift, Stephen Swift, Shawn Crawford; and sister-in-law, Brenda Wells.
Friends and family will be received at 1:00 p.m. for Visitation at Riverview Cemetery, with a Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Wounded Warriors.
