Terry Michael Pitcher, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Born on February 25, 1947, to the late Marvin and Verna (née King) Pitcher.
He was the beloved husband of Lori (née Schmid) Pitcher; loving father of Aimee (James) Wolfinbargar, Doug (Lindsay) Pitcher, and Alexandria Pitcher; proud grandfather of Skylar, Bradley, Kai, Kalea, Amelia, and Ellie; and cherished great-grandfather of Jason. He was the dear brother of Pamela (David) McClelland and the late Marvin Lee (Lestra) Pitcher.
Terry proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He will be remembered for his steadfast love for his family, his patriotism, and the many friendships he formed throughout his life. He proudly served his country in Vietnam as a fireman with the United States Navy Seabee’s. He retired after 32 years with Duke Energy and later worked an additional 10 years with NAPA Auto Parts before fully retiring.
He was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bearcats football. He loved spending time at the beach, jokingly disliked wearing shirts, and cherished time spent with his family. A devoted dog lover, he found great joy in his four-legged companions.
Visitation will be held at Neidhard Young Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, on Tuesday, February 24, from 5 PM until the time of the memorial service at 7 PM. A celebration of life will be held at the Gailey VFW Post #7340, 8326 Brownsway Lane, Cincinnati (45239) on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 1 PM.
