Shannon Keith Seaton, age 51, born June 24, 1969, in Fairfield, Texas to Jesse and Judy (Kindon) Seaton, had gone to be with his Lord and savior Jesus Christ on November 11, 2020.
Shannon was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Seaton, paternal grandmother, Janette Seaton, maternal grandparents, W.D. & Ruby Kindon. He is survived by his wife, Alma Ashton Seaton, mother Judy Seaton, sister & husband Della & Tony Cooper, daughter Harmonee & Kevin Johnston, daughter Cheri and husband Vince Lopez, daughter Brandy and husband Joey Keniston, daughter Kim and husband Jarrod Wilson, son Russell Stogner, son and wife Jacob & Brittany Bostic. His favorite niece Amanda Cooper, nephew & wife Jess & Priscilla Cooper, nephew & wife Chuck & Danielle Cooper, nephew & wife Dalton & Jolene Cooper, extended nephew; Johnny Cooper and & wife Desity, Great niece and nephews: Mylah Cooper, Tony Cooper, Katherine Cooper, & Damon Cooper. He was also called PaPa by 12 grandbabies with the newest one being only a few months old.
Shannon had his 5th birthday on the family land in Leagueville, Texas and resided there throughout his years. He attended and graduated Brownsboro ISD in 1987. He joined the Navy, Seabee division in 1988 and was honorably discharged in 1996. He followed his dad’s footsteps and soon became a Lineman/Bucket Operator. He recently was promoted to superintended with Northeastern Utilities, Wood County. He had a heart and a passion for being a Lineman and watching out after his crews. He loved his family very much and was always there when anyone needed a hand. Shannon’s pride and joy was stepping up and being a role model to Amanda & Jess, they always had a special place in his heart. When he had time, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and always had many “projects” in the works.
The family wishes to thank his Lineman family, Parkland Hospital, family and friend for their care and support this last week.

Viewing will be at Autry’s Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home Monday November 16, 2020 from 6-8 P.M.
