Final Salute

Scott M. Nascimento, age 61, of Somerset, passed away at home on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Allen J. and Carol A. (Chace) Nascimento.
A proud Veteran of the United States Navy Seabees, Scott worked as a truck driver at Lecomte’s Dairy for 12 years. A sports fanatic, he enjoyed watching Nascar, the Boston Red Sox, and the New England Patriots.

He is survived by one daughter, Savannah Nascimento of Somerset; three brothers, Ronnie Nascimento of CA, David Nascimento of MA, and Stephen Nascimento of Somerset; four step-children, Maeghen Malone and her husband Ryan of Swansea, Amanda Sherlock and her husband Brandon of Somerset, Ashley Cordeiro of Somerset, and Zachary Cordeiro and his wife Alicia of Swansea, as well as several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Scott was the brother of the late James Nascimento.
