Russell L Shaffer, 76, was born on September 14, 1947 in Syracuse, NY. He recently passed away on December 29, 2023 in Syracuse, NY.
Calling Hours will be held on January 5th from 3-5pm at Summerville Funeral Home.
Russell attended Jamesville Dewitt High School. He worked for Syracuse City School District.
He served in the United States Navy (Seabee).
