Ronald S. Fodor passed away at the Norwalk Hospital on December 13, 2021. He leaves behind his loving wife of 57 years Antoinette “Toni” Bria Fodor and many special family members.
Born in Norwalk on March 23, 1934, he was predeceased by his parents Margaret and Stephen and brother Mark Fodor. Ron proudly served in the Navy Seabees stationed in Cuba and Spain.
He was employed by Wagner Pools and later retired from the City of Norwalk Department of Public Works. In his youth he spent many happy days working on the family Fodor Farm. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday December 20, 10 a.m. at St. Jerome Church, 23 Half Mile Rd., Norwalk, with entombment to follow at St. John Cemetery. A celebration of Ron’s life will be held at a future date and there are no visiting hours.
