Beloved husband of Lorraine (Gunnis); Loving father of Dawn Marie (Michael) Skinner and Robert Jr. (Elizabeth) Ras; Dear grandfather of Sara and Erynn Ras; Brother of Lorraine (Edwin) Duma. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit Thursday from 4-8PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3155 Orchard Park Rd. (716) 675-9027 where a Funeral Service and Military Honors will be held Friday at 9:30AM. Interment to follow at St. Matthew’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Matthew Glab Legion Post 1477, 1965 Abbott Road Lackawanna, NY 14218. Mr. Ras worked as an electrician at Bethlehem Steel and retired from the Department of Public Works with the City of Buffalo.
