Robert “Bob” Arthur DeNomme, 73, of Kingston, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2020, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Lynn, Mass., he was the son of Rose (Beaudoin) DeNomme and the late Hector DeNomme of Texas.
After his high school graduation from Waldoboro High School in Maine, he served in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee for two back-to-back tours during the Vietnam War (1966-1969) where he was stationed at both Phu Bai and Chu Lai.
Bob was employed at many businesses over the years as a Master Plumber and eventually started his own business, Bob DeNomme Plumbing & Heating, from his home in Kingston. After retirement he was employed by the Town of Kingston as Plumbing and Gas Inspector.
Bob loved spending time with his family and friends, scuba diving, camping, fishing, his motorcycle, and always wore a smile…
Bob will be sadly missed by his best friend and wife of 39 years, Sue (Dolliver) DeNomme of Kingston, N.H.; his mother, Rose DeNomme of Apple Valley, Minn.; sister Lorraine DeNomme Goedde and husband Rick Goedde of Farmington, Minn., brother, Zeke DeNomme and wife Marie Serveiss-DeNomme of Hampton, N.H.; and his brother, Al DeNomme of Arizona; his children Michelle and wife Shannon Murdock of Oakland, Maine, Deborah Russell and partner Nick Paulino of Nobleboro, Maine, and stepdaughter Elisha Blaisdell and granddaughter Allison Blaisdell of Kingston, N.H. He also leaves behind 9 other grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, services with military honors were held for immediate family on August 14 at Greenwood Cemetery in Kingston.
