Final Salute

Richard A. Hazard, 64, of Quincy, died Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
He was son of the late James M. and Mary “Betty” (Homer) Hazard and brother of the late, James J. Hazard, David M. Hazard, Thomas E. Hazard, and Diane Ingersoll.
Richard was raised in Lynn, MA and a graduate of Lynn Vocational Technical Institute. He enlisted in the United States Navy where he served as a Navy Seabee for five years. Upon discharge from the military, Richard went on to work in construction and property management. He lived the majority of his adult life in Quincy, MA.
He is survived by his sister, Mary E. Hazard of Los Angeles, CA, his brother, John S. Hazard of Lynn, MA, his brother-in-law, Dennis Ingersoll of Lynn, MA, his nephew, Thomas E. Hazard of Lynn, MA, and niece Roseanne Young of Londonderry, NH.
