Final Salute

Passed away on April 19, 2025 at the age of 100.

He is survived by his children, Kathleen (Alan) Christodaro, Peter Cicoria & Charlene (Paul) Sawyer; grandchildren, Kyle (Jamie) Christodaro, Mark (Nicolette) Christodaro, Jesica (Joe) Bird, Brian Sawyer & Derek (Emily) Sawyer; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Robert, Ethan, Kylie, Mario & Mia; sister, Victoria Kullick; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A proud World War II veteran, Peter served in the Navy with the 59th and 76th Const. Battalions, embodying the spirit of courage and dedication.

He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, cherished by his family and friends. Peter embraced life to the fullest, sharing his joy and warmth with those around him.

A Funeral Service will be held in his honor on April 25, 2025, at 10:00am, at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, located at 2400 W. Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14626.

Peter’s rich legacy of love and laughter will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.

Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
