Final Salute

Anderson, Marvin L. age 85, passed away on February 8 with his family around him. Marv was a longtime resident of Richfield. He graduated from Minnehaha Academy and during WWII served in the South Pacific as a Navy Seabee. He attended Gustavus Adolphus College followed by a 34-year career at Northwestern National Bank. Survived by his wife of 64 years, Jeanne (nee Burke) Anderson; daughters, Kathleen (Gregg) Gunderson, Kristen (Doug) Fisher, and Kari (Anne) Anderson; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; siblings, Floyd (Marjorie), Gordon (Donna) and Marilyn Merrell. Memorial service Saturday, 11:00 am, February 12 at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 7625 Chicago Ave. S., Richfield, where he was a charter member. Visitation one hour prior to service.
