Final Salute

Mark Steven Patterson was born near Edmonds WA. After graduating high school, he joined the Navy Seabee’s in Vietnam. After serving his country, Mark was first mate on American Cargo ships and in Southern Russia he met and soon married Frieda Ivanova Patterson in 1979, then moved to Fall Creek Oregon. In 1994 the couple moved to Juneau, then Mark worked for the Alaska Marine Highway Ferry.
