Mr. Louis C. Picard Sr.
Louis C. Picard Sr., age 71, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025. He was born on March 9, 1953, in Columbus, Ohio.
Louis served in the United States Navy from 1975 to 1981. He was a Seabee and served in both Japan and Guam, earning him naval accommodations. He then worked for 20 years at Romanoff Electric.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Margaret Picard.
Louis is survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis Jeane (McCoy) Picard, his children, Mendy Hedges, Louis (Amber) Picard III, Sabrina Picard, and Heather (Kyle) Harry, siblings, Theresa Laird, Larry (Dorka) Picard, Ivy (Gordon) Sprague, and MaryLou (Randy) Paulus, grandchildren, Jordan & Ethan Hedges, Alyssa & Adrian Harry, and Maddie & Kaitlyn Cambell, as well as his favorite best friend, Zoe.
Louis will be missed by all who had the opportunity to know and love him.
Family will receive friends for a visitation and funeral service on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, Ohio, 43026. Visitation will begin at 4:00PM and end at 5:00PM for the funeral service to immediately follow at 5:00PM.
