Final Salute

Lorenzo Joe Perry passed away on May 6, 2022 at the NH Veterans Home at the age of 97. Born on February 19, 1925 in St. Sabastian, Quebec Canada.

Joe was a proud WWll navy Seabee serving in the South Pacific on Eniwetok, Saipan and Tinian in the Marshall Islands. He earned the Asiatic Pacific Campaign ribbon with 3 battle stars, the American campaign ribbon and the victory ribbon with campaign medals. Joe was a life member of the navy Seabees of America and a chapter member of island X-16 of Florida.

Joe was director of public works in Greenville Maine and director of public works in Goffstown New Hampshire for 23 years. He retired in 1987.

Joe was predeceased by his 1st wife of 38 years and mother of his 4 children Virginia in 1983. He was predeceased by his 2nd wife of 22 years Adrienne in 2006. Joe was also predeceased by 3 of his children Brent, Pattianne and Kevin. Joe is survived by his son Blake and wife Pat of Manchester. He is survived by 7 grandchildren Amanda Perry, Samantha Hass, Michael Perry, Tracy Dionne, Toby Rose, Nick Perry and Brandon Perry. He is survived by many loving nieces nephews and cousins. There are no calling hours and burial will take place at Westlawn cemetery in Goffstown New Hampshire. Joe was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
