Final Salute

Wiener Wiener, Jesse Leonard Jesse L. Wiener of Hollywood, Florida and Queens, New York, passed away on May 27th, on day short of his 93rd birthday. He is survived by his wife, Celia, of 59 years, six children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Born and raised in Middle Village, N.Y., Jesse was a WWII Veteran SeaBee in the 78th Battalion. He was an avid deep-sea fisherman and golfer. Prominent leader in the metal manufacturing industry for more than 60 years, Jesse worked at his business, Juniper Elbow, in New York until January of this year. He was an individual with a reputation of honesty and integrity. His charitable endeavors spanned all social boundaries. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, and the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. Jesse??s zest for life, and his impact on the lives of those he touched will remain with us forever.
