Final Salute

WEINERT, James
passed at home Aug. 18, 2015 surrounded by family after a courageous year long battle with cancer. He leaves his wife of 39 years, Dianne; and children, Cynthia Fagen (Don), Amelia Island, Steven Smith (Sue), Vassar MI, Christiane Conchiglia (Rick); 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. He was a Navy See Bee with two tours of Vietnam. Graduated from Ferris University, MI with a teaching degree. He ran his own business as a builder/contractor. His passion was golfing with his buddies and he was an avid golfer belonging to Clearwater Country Club. Friends are invited to a celebration of life Saturday, Aug. 29, 2-6 pm, 113 Crestwood Ln., Largo. Interment will be at a later date at the Bay Pines Military Cemetary. No flowers requested, contributions to a veterans organization or of your choice.
