Final Salute

GRANDITS – Donald A.
Age 75, of Colden, NY and Holiday, FL, entered into rest on March 5, 2022, following a short illness. Donald was a graduate of Amherst High School and Indiana State University. He was a 22-year Navy Seabee Veteran and owner of Auto Electric Company of Buffalo, NY. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Grandits; son, John M. Grandits of Newbury, OH; stepchildren, Jennifer Zasowski, Eric (Amy) Williams and Andrew (Heather) Williams. He is predeceased by his loving parents, John L. and Esther Grandits; dear brother of Susan (Joseph) Bruder, John J. (Edie) Grandits, Carol Martin (deceased) and Irene Grandits (deceased). Also survived by grandchildren, John L. Grandits, Kayla, Anthony, Kaylie, Zander, Leandra, McKynzi, Eric, Timmy and great-granddaughter, Penelope Grandits; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Celebration of Donald’s Life will be held in the future in Buffalo, NY, at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in Donald’s memory.
