Fisher, Craig W. Age 77 of Rosemount passed away March 21, 2024, Preceded in death by his parents, William and Pauline, and his sister-in-law Susan. Following high school graduation, Craig enlisted in the Navy and was selected for the SeaBees. Serving two tours, he had 29 days remaining when he was severely wounded and spent eight months rehabbing at Great Lakes Naval Hospital. Following his disability retirement he began his career as a National Service Officer for the Disabled American Veterans where he represented thousands of veterans in obtaining disability benefits. Craig was twice elected as the Department Commander for the DAV, in 1977 and 1989. Craig enjoyed motorcycles, nice cars and travel. Craig and Gina traveled to all 50 states many times, as well as countless countries. The highlight of their travels was a trip to Vietnam where he wanted to “walk out this time” and show Gina the beauty of the country. Survived by devoted wife of 41 years, Gina; Daughter Victoria (Amy) Kreofsky; Son Patrick (Young) Fisher; Grandchildren Madison, Jordyn, Lauren and Krew; many other relatives and friends.
