Final Salute

Carl Robert Gault, 86, of Enola, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Born March 18, 1938, in Duncannon, PA, he was a son of the late Carl Gault and Frances (Hoffman) Gault. Carl was the husband of Mary J. Gault.

Mr. Gault was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving as a Seabee. He was a high school graduated and owned/operated a trucking business before going on to work as a corrections officer until his retirement in 2005. Carl enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles, restoring old vehicles, and loved his Jack Russells.

In addition to his wife Mary, he leaves behind his son, James Gault and wife Rebecca of Bellair, MD; his daughter, Christina Gault and wife Pam Vance of New Cumberland, PA; his 2 grandchildren, Madalynn Gault-Gingrich and husband Jeff, and Jesse Carl Gault; his 2 great-grandchildren, Ava and Wesley Gingrich; his brother, Eddie Gault and partner Susan Fulmer of Duncannon, PA; his nephew, Allen Gault; and niece, Karen Williams.

Services will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024, 11AM, at Enola 1st Church of God, 9 Sherwood Drive, Enola, PA. Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation at the church from 10:30AM – 11AM..
