Final Salute

Carl Lee Allen, 75, passed away Monday, August 2, 2021, at his home in Highfill, Ark. Carl was born July 24, 1946, in Bentonville (Ark.) to Ray and Caroline (King) Allen. He was proudly raised in Cave Springs, Ark. Carl honorably served as a Seabee in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Once discharged from the Navy, Carl made a career as a master electrician and spent much of his life farming. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, playing pool, going to Bible study, and socializing with friends and family.
Carl is survived by Susan “Darleen” Evans Allen; his sister, Gabra Joe Stewart; three children: Zeke Allen of Fort Smith, Zane Allen and wife Delta of Siloam Springs, April Randolf and husband Brannon of Bentonville. Carl has three grandchildren: Alyssa Allen (fiancé Darren Hopson), Zebediah Allen, and Rosalie Allen.
Carl’s Celebration of Life will be 6 p.m., Friday, August 13, 2021, at 16783 Robinson Road, Siloam Springs, Ark., 72761. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Ave., Springdale.
