Bill Dyer

Dearborn – April 13, 2022. Age 73 formerly of Dearborn. Beloved husband of Sharon Dyer. Loving father of John (Diana) Dyer and Joseph (Ana) Dyer. Dear brother of Carole (John) Litzelman and Jill (the late Wayne) Vieira. Dearest grandfather of Eileen, Caroline, and Valerie. And he left many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, John, and Eleanor Dyer. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.

Bill was an avid bowler and was extremely handy. He was always there to help friends and family fix things big or small. Born in Detroit and growing up in Redford he graduated from Redford Union High in 1966. He then spent two years with the United States Naval Construction Battalion (aka The Seabees). He then met his wife Sharon and raised their two children John and Joseph in Dearborn, Michigan.

Visitation Monday, April 18, 2022 from 2:00- 8:00 p.m. at the Dearborn Chapel of Voran Funeral Home, 23701 Ford Road. (313) 278-5100. Rosary service 7pm at the funeral home. In state Tuesday 9:30 a.m. with a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection to follow at Church of the Divine Child, 1055 N. Silvery Lane, Dearborn. Interment St. Hedwig Cemetery.
