Barry Wayne McCatty Obituary
June 21, 1935 – May 13, 2020

Barry Wayne McCatty, U.S. Navy SeaBee Veteran, age 84 of Lockport passed away May 13, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

Barry was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy (nee Schmidt); his parents and siblings.

Barry is survived by his loving children, Patrice (James) Schiop and Mike (Kathie) McCatty; grandchildren, Andrew, Nathan, and Sarah; one sister, Carol Becker.

Barry’s career spanned from a Navy SeaBee, where he learned his trades as a truck driver and bricklayer to an accomplished private pilot.

A memorial service with military honors will be held at a later date. Per Barry’s wishes, cremation rites have been respectfully addressed.
