Final Salute

Authur Stanley Alexander, age 82, passed away Monday, August 11, 2025 at White Oak Manor.

He was born on October 27, 1942 in Anderson, South Carolina and was the son of the late Arthur Eugene Alexander and Florence Evans Alexander. Arthur was a proud US Navy Veteran in Vietnam as a Seabee. He loved to play softball and was an avid car enthusiast. He also liked to hang out with his buddies at the VFW.

Authur is survived by his son, Mike Alexander; his grandson, Arthur Steven Alexander (fiancée- Selenia Diaz); his granddaughter, Savannah Alicia Alexander; his brother, Jimmy Alexander and his wife Lenore; his sister, Shelby Satterfield.

In addition to his parents, Arthur is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Sofia Michelle Alexander and his sisters, Delores Gregory, Evelyn Scott and Nancy Armstrong.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Darren Rood officiating. The family will greet friends on Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Gray Funeral Home of Clinton.
