Glen Brian Kellerman, 87, of Dayton, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 10, 2022.

He was born on July 18, 1935 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to William R. Kellermann and Jane E. Rowswell.

Glen attended Brentwood High School in Pittsburgh, PA. After high school he married Nancy Louise Gedeon on September 25, 1956 in Cumberland, Maryland.

He joined the U.S. Navy Reserves on August 28, 1952. Upon completion of service in the Navy Reserves he enlisted in the active component of the U. S. Navy and became a Seabee. During his long and honorable service Glen served in various Seabee units to include Naval Station Midway Island, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion THREE, Naval Support Activity Da Nang Vietnam, Disaster Recovery Unit Davisville Rhode Island, 31st Naval Construction Regiment Davisville Rhode Island, Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 302 Cam Rahn Bay Vietnam, Naval Radio Station Cutler Maine, 31st Naval Construction Regiment Port Hueneme California, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FOUR Port Hueneme California Naval Military Personnel Command Crystal City Virginia, Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit, Subic Bay Philippines, Naval Support Unit State Department Washington DC, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Alexandria Virginia. He retired honorably from active service on November 1, 1991.

Glen was a wonderful artist, carpenter, and wood carver. He loved carving figurines and restoring antique furniture. He loved being a Navy Seabee and was a lifetime member of Navy Seabee Veterans of America, Island X-1, Gulfport Mississippi. And above all he loved his family.

After retirement Glen and Nancy moved to Pass Christian, Mississippi where they lived until moving to Dayton, Tennessee in February 2019.

Glen is preceded in death by his mother and father, brothers William A. Kellermann and James R. Kellermann and his son-in-law Randall Marshall Sisk. He is survived by his wife Nancy Louise (Gedeon) Kellerman, his daughters Tracey Louise Kellerman Russell, Troy Anne Kellerman and Terry Joyce Kellerman Sisk, his son-in-law Steven R. Russell, his daughter-in-law E. Denise Kellerman, his grandchildren, great grandchildren and his sisters and brother Ronald A. Kellermann, Sharon E. Castilleja, Margaret L. Kassahn and Marie A. Wearin. He is also survived by his loving sister-in-law Sandra Gedeon Warnick and his nephews Dwayne Warnick, Danny Warnick and Donnie Warnick.

Memorial service will be held in Gulfport, MS. Exact place, date and time for the memorial service is TBD.
