Final Salute

Please Keep in your prayers the Family and Friends of Steven Hind Sr., CWO3, CEC, USN Ret. Steve enter naval service in 1976 as UT (Utilitiesman), served in multiple Battalions – 133 was his favorite. Ultimately, after Steve was promoted to Senior Chief (E-8), he applied for the Navy’s Chief Warrant Officer Program and was Commissioned a year later. Warrant Officer Hind retired in 2004 after 28 years. Steve continued to work for Naval Facilties Command, as a GS13, in Jacksonville FL, Mayport FL, and Camp Lejune NC, as the lead safety officer until his un-timely death this past Tuesday morning. Steve leaves behind his wife and love of his life Veronica, his daughter Yvette, his son Steve Jr and many grandchildren. Rest in Peace Seabee and Brother.
