Jimmy Lowell GrigsbyOBITUARY
Jimmy passed away at his home in La Mesa, Ca., on October 17, 2024 after a long battle with cancer and numerous other illnesses. He was a proud retired military man serving 23 years as a navy seabee, and also ran a successful landscape business after his retirement, known lovingly by many during that time as Cactus Jim.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Kathleen. Also by his two sons Jimmy Jr. (Nancy) and William Grigsby, his granddaughters Chelsea Cherry (Danny), Britney Sterling (Derek) and Haley Grigsby. He is also survived by his much loved great-grandsons Brayden and Riley Cherry and great-grandaughter and little queen Georgia May Sterling.
Services will be held at a later date at Miramar National Cemetery.
