He was predeceased by : his parents, Sharron Richmond and William C. Richmond, Jr.; and his sister Catherine Roper. He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Richmond; his mother-in-law Wanda Jones; his step-children, Adam Alexander (Katie) and Noelle Stevenson (Patrick); his siblings, Bonny Smith (Kent), Deborah Weston (Mike) and Pauline Dixon (Ed); and his grandchildren, Sadie Stevenson, Gavin Hartley and Madelyn Hartley.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 10th 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home – Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 10th 2021 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 10th 2021 at 1:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
