Adrian Aram Herrick

May 20, 1945 – August 25, 2025

Olympia, Washington – Adrian was born in Sydney Australia to Aram Asa Herrick and Florence Jean Herrick and came to America at the age of nine months old. He grew up in the Dalles, Oregon where he spent summers working on ranches and farms from the time he was 11 years old. After High School, Adrian attended Klamath Falls Technical College before enlisting in the U.S. Navy. He served as a Seabee heavy equipment mechanic during his deployment in the Viet Nam War (1967-1969).

Adrian came to Seattle in the mid 1970’s where he worked for UPS as a Mechanic then being promoted to Automotive Supervisor. He eventually transferred with UPS to Spokane Washington where he worked with the company until 1993. After leaving UPS, he started his own remodeling business called, Classic Home and Office Repair, until he retired in 2009.

In 1991 Adrian married Charlet Bosi in Seattle, September 28th 1991. The first ten years of their marriage they lived in Spokane moving to Olympia in 2001 where they remained committed to each other until his death.

Adrian loved building hot rods, cheering for the Seahawks, spending time with his kids and grandkids and going to breakfast to meet his buddies every morning at O’Blarney’s Restaurant.

Adrian is survived by his wife Charlet. Children, Megan Esterbrook, Steve Herrick (Vanessa), Nancy Herrick, Christen Herrick (Jeff Essler). Grand Children, Chris Herrick, (Weena) Nick Herrick, Erica Roemhild, Shaylah Herrick, Zachary Herrick, Elijah Essler and Great Grandson, Arom Herrick.

Interment of Adrian’s ashes will be at Willamette National Cemetery on Friday September 26th 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
