Final Salute

Randy Allen Lugenbell, age 70 of Ozark, passed away September 11, 2023. He was born June 8, 1953 in Harrison, Arkansas, the son of Marion and Tressie (Tate) Lugenbell.

Randy served his country in the U.S. Air Force, Navy and National Guard for 36 years, retiring from the Navy Seabees as Senior Chief Petty Officer. He also worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, retiring after 20 years.

Survivors include: his wife Barbara Lugenbell; his children, Katrina Lugenbell, Sabrina Eisenbart and husband Eric, Eric Lugenbell and wife Tina, Krystal Lugenbell, Amanda Belle and husband Billy and Mike Lugenbell and wife Morgan; his mother, Tressie Hill, 16 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; his siblings, Larry Lugenbell and Sheila Nunn.

Randy was preceded in death by his father; and siblings, Marcia Goodsell and Artie Lugenbell.

A memorial service will be held at (1:00 p.m., Monday September 25, 2023 at Ozark Full Gospel Church, under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor James Eakins officiating. A graveside service with full military honors will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until service time on Monday, September 25, 2023 at the church. – TBA)
