FLETCHER, Bobby Dean, 89, a United States Navy Seabee, BUCS, Retired, passed away on August 26, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucian T. Fletcher and Johnnie V. Fletcher.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kazuyo N. Fletcher; and daughters, Katherine Fletcher and Patsy Fletcher.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 10:00 AM, at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd., in Surprise, Arizona. The Family requests attendees wear casual attire.
