Final Salute

David W. Sharp, 68, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. Born on May 17, 1953 in Bayonne, NJ, he was a son of the late Donald A. and Janet (Wilson) Sharp.

David proudly and honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy where he made a career. While working fulltime for the Navy David also worked for R.L. Reppert. He was currently working for the American Legion as a Veterans Service Officer. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association, American Legion post 367 where he served with the honor guard, VFW post 7293, The Honorary First Defenders, a master mason and chief petty officer association of Lehigh Valley.

Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Alison Palizzolo and husband William of Hopkinton, NH; friend Kay Black of Bethlehem.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St, Bethlehem PA where relatives and friends can call from 12:00 PM until the time of service. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
