Willard L. Hubbard “Odie” – age 82 Lenoir City, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023. He retired from the U. S. Navy Seabees serving during Operation Desert Storm. Willard retired from the Carpenters Union Local working at the Y-12 Plant in Oak Ridge. He attended Sixth Avenue Church of God and Park West Church of God. Odie enjoyed his tractor and old cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, W. T. and Estelle Hubbard; siblings, Virginia Hicks, John Hubbard, and Nell Stalsworth. Willard is survived by his wife of 60 years, Datha Bolt Hubbard; son and daughter-in-law, Martin and Lacey Hubbard; grandchildren, Libby and Chloe Hubbard all of Lenoir City; brothers-in-law, Junior Bolt (Tammy) and Bill Bolt; sister-in-law, Jo Ann Kerley; step sisters, Sue Bright (Doug) of Philadelphia, TN and Rose Palmer of Lenoir City; step brother, Gene Cannon (Martha) along with many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, January 20th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. We will then proceed to Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens for graveside services with Rev. Brian Sturgill officiating. Military honors will be conferred by the Loudon Co. Veterans Honor Guard. Click Funeral Home, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
