Scottsville – Sunday, January 9, 2022 at age 86. Predeceased by Audrey Prescott, Patricia Prescott, Tom Krenzer and Rick Prescott. Survived by his wife, Lauretta; children, Robert (Michelle) Krenzer, Patricia Krenzer, Christine (Gary) Johnson, James (Catherine) Prescott, Mary Ellen Yehl, Cathy DiVicenzo, Peggy Prescott, Joe (Tressa) Krenzer, Marge (Paul) Medyn, Kennth Johnston (Brenna) and Schuyler Johnston (Brianna); special friend, Mike Guinan; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his dog, Lexy.

Dick was part of the 1st Navy Seabees team to winter over in the Antarctic while constructing McMurdo Station. He was the owner of Prescott Motors.

Family and friends are invited to call at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home Friday 4-7pm. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30am at St. Pius Tenth Church, 3000 Chili Ave. Rochester, NY 14624. Private interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Genesee County Animal Rescue.
