2026 Seabee 5K T-Shirt Design Contest

• March 1, 2026 – Contest Opens
• April 22, 2026 (11:59 PM PST) – Submission Deadline
• April 23-28, 2026 – Internal Review & Scoring
• April 29, 2026 – Winner Selected
• Week of May 4 – Winner Announced on Social Media
• Early-Mid May – Artwork finalized & sent to printer
• T-shirt Printing begins by Memorial Day

• Full back design only
• Maximum 12” x 12”
• Transparent background
• Must Include the wording, “2nd Annual Virtual Seabee 5K”
• Must Include the Year: 2026
• NOTE: The official Seabee 5K logo will be placed by the Navy Seabee Foundation on the front left chest. Designers should not include the Seabee 5K logo in their back design submission.

• Design should be Vector and Screen Print Friendly
• Maximum of 5 solid colors (black and white count)
• No gradients, shading, or halftones
• Design should have Bold, distinct lines
• Design should avoid very thin line work
• Designs should be easily readable from a distance
• If 5 colors are used: One may be selected as the shirt color; Only 4 ink colors will be printed

• Vector format strongly preferred (.AI, .EPS, .PDF)
• Minimum 1500 x 1500 pixels
• Recommended 300 ppi
• Accepted formats: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, .JPG
• Maximum file size: 15 MB
• Design must be production-ready. Sketches or incomplete concepts will not be accepted.

• Must be wholly original
• No AI-generated artwork (automatic disqualification)
• No copyrighted material (except Seabee logo)
• No third-party logos or trademarks
• No profanity or adult content
• No political messaging

• By entering, the artist grants the Navy Seabee Foundation exclusive rights to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the design without additional compensation.
• The Foundation retains final authority over: Minor print adjustments, Color changes and Final shirt color
• The Foundation retains final authority over whether a winner is selected

Winner will be chosen by the Navy Seabee Foundation and reserves the right not to select a winner if submissions do not meet print or brand standards. Winner will be asked to sign a usage agreement before design is used.
