All with a NAVFAC, CNIC, CEC, NMCB, NCB, UCT, NCG, etc. active duty, reserve, veteran, or civilian affiliation to the Seabees and friends & family thereof are welcome to RSVP for this year’s Seabee Ball!

Uniform / Attire: Dinner Dress Blue Jacket for O5 and above, Dinner Dress Blue for O4 and below / Black Tie through Business & Long Dress civilian attire

Ticket Prices: $60/ticket for O4 or GS-13 & below and their guests; $75/ticket for O5 or GS-14 & above, retirees, and their guests as well as any other bins not mentioned; payable by check or cash in-person, Venmo at @NAVFACSE-SEABEEBALL , CashApp at @$SeabeeBall .

A voluntary-use hotel block of 20 rooms has been coordinated for the night of the ball with the Navy Lodge aboard NS Mayport, available on a first-come-first-served basis. To begin, each guest must call the front desk at 904-247-3964 and select 0 to reach a reservation agent. On the phone include the Group Name: SEABEE BALL 2026 and Group Confirmation Number: 61040601811. Only one reservation may be made per credit card. Any reservation not providing a form of payment by 03 FEB 2026 will be cancelled.

If you or your guest do not have routine base access to Naval Station Mayport, there are options. You may always be individually sponsored by a member who does have base access, but be reminded that you must remain together at Ocean Breeze for the evening and enter and exit NS Mayport together. To establish independent base access, please reach out to LT Quinn Parlier at +1 (912) 467-1914 or quinn.a.parlier.mil@us.navy.mil for the Naval Station Mayport Special Events Form. The form will require encrypted transmission of PII for guests 21 days in advance of the Seabee Ball (RSVP closing February 13th, 2026) to NS Mayport Security.
