Participants should plan on attending the Thursday* evening banquet at the hotel (6:00-9:00 pm) (5pm social hour).. Your dinner, banquet room, & hospitality room (including snacks expenses) are included in the registration fee. We will have sign-in at the hospitality room (Regency West) at the hotel on Monday AT NOON. Please sign in and get your information of events as soon as you get in. Cut off date for banquet registration head count is August 31..
Hotel room rate for this event is $109 /Queens or Kings, plus tax. Don’t wait until the last minute, because of availability. A block of 40 rooms will be held until August 15 based on hotel availability. There is a charge to our group for our hospitality room this year. It seems to be the norm these days. Our banquet room is $800, Hospitality room is $200/day, which is normal.

Tom and I will be arriving early to be sure and have everything ready when everyone arrives. Hospitality room will open on Tuesday at NOON through Thursday night, including after the banquet. Tom and I will be there a couple days early, so please send your registrations EARLY or we may not get it before we leave. If in doubt, please call me and make arrangements.
The registration form is its own page. Please be sure to complete it and mail it to me early. Please DO NOT cut it in half.
Our Host/Hostess this year is John and Therese Lebens and Dan and Rosemary Vos.
**They do have a bar and restaurant on site and will be happy to serve you any time you wish. You may roam the halls and area with your beverage. There will also be a cash bar at the banquet.
**Please note that the reunion is during the week and not on the weekend as it has always been. The prices are much lower mid week. It was agreed by all in attendance in Branson that we make this change.
