looking for a retiring/former  CEC officer for a position in Houston, Texas with extensive public works, contract administration, disaster prep/recovery and construction management experience.  Should have PWO/ROICC/OICC experience and be a registered Civil Engineer.  Contract experience with Base Operating Contracts a plus.  Position opens in mid-July 2022.  Expect to post position  in March 2022.  Position is a Class 137 rating.  Incumbent is a retired CEC commander with 22 years service and established the position 19 years ago.  Reporting senior is a former CEC officer.
