Property Management & Maintenance (PMM) is a rental property company providing commercial and residential rentals.  We have numerous apartment complexes across northern Indiana. Our apartments range from one bedroom/ one bath, to three bedroom/ two bath, we also have individual houses, and senior living facilities.   Our parent company, Construction Management and Design (CMD), is a family owned and run business that builds everything we rent out.
