OTB is an innovator in the field of "green concrete" technology.  OTB develops and manufactures non-portland cement based concrete materials for multiple end-user markets, including the military, FEMA and general use precast concrete markets.

We are seeking engineers skilled in the use of and training with cementitious materials. As we introduce our products into the field, we need skilled training personnel to set up our customers on-site product training, to perform field demonstrations, and to help OTB expand its reach into offshore opportunities.

A candidate must have demonstrated leadership in training personnel in concrete mixing and placing and testing. Specific skills that are uniwie to OTB's materials will be taught by OTB at our R&D facility in New Freedom, PA.  Relocation to New Freedom is not a prerequisite for this job, but significant time will be spent there developing training methodologies for our different products and their end users. At least 50% of the job will be in the field training end users and performing field tests.
