Made up of a diverse mix of subject-matter experts, our team has become a proven, trusted adviser to its clients in a myriad of areas, including facilities engineering, strategic planning, policy development, capital investment programming, business intelligence, project management, master planning, construction management services, and portfolio-wide asset management.
GoldenWolf has an established reputation for developing innovative, technology-forward, executable solutions for our clients and partners.
Over the past decade, co-owners Sabrina Wolfersberger, Ph.D., and Ryan Bredahl have purposely built their team of experts to specialize in a unique set of core engineering, planning, and technology competencies.
The company’s current government clients include the USACE Huntsville, Mobile, Louisville, Little Rock, and Portland districts, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), General Services Administration (GSA), Air Force 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Defense Health Agency (DHA), Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), GSA Public Buildings Service, and VA National Cemetery Administration.
Additionally, GoldenWolf holds a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with USACE’s Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) to improve and refine the technology platforms used for facility condition assessments, asset management, and portfolio capital investment planning.
These technology platforms include both the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) and Enterprise Sustainment Management System (ESMS), which are Department of Defense (DoD)-mandated and widely used by federal entities for portfolio management, condition forecasting, and capital investment requirements planning.
